Before coaching full-time, I led People Operations at a global WooCommerce agency, partnering with executives on hiring, culture, performance, and change. That practical background informs how I coach: clear goals, thoughtful challenge, and actionable next steps that stick.

Focus areas include executive coaching, leadership development, team coaching, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and building healthy operating rhythms. I also deliver keynotes and workshops on leadership, culture, and high-performing teams.
